Park Carpark on Hughenden road

6 canisters of what I think is Nitrous oxide are damped by the bins at the carpark on the Hughenden road side. It’s the 2nd time in the space of a week I see canisters damped there at the same spot. I hope the wide and closeup photos help to locate them. I didn’t want to go closer because I didn’t want my dogs to sniff or lick them.
