By the car park on lawsone rise. This has been ongoing for 4 weeks. Bins are not being used correctly. The bins are not being used to recycle. The bins are overflowed with all different kinds of waste. The bins will not be taken by bin men as they are not being used properly. There are now pests around the bins. There are smells coming from the bins. There is also a giant van door which is very heavy and is not secured and is a danger as it could fall on somebody and cause serious injury. Old childrens toys dumped by the bins too. Its an environmental issue. It is unsightly. It is disgusting.
