EO52 RHZ - we are unsure if the vehicle is dangerous however rats have been seen living in the car due to 3+ years of it being abandoned. It’s therefore a health and safety risk as well as antisocial behaviour. Several neighbours have already complained about this issue over the years and nothing is being done.
