Thame Road A4129 within in the large lay-bye on the left, before entering Longwick

At least one dozen large square black plastic “pallets” have been fly-tipped within the lay-bye. When driving in the lay-bye towards Thame, the pallets are hidden in the ditch on the left hand side, at the end of the lay-bye, just before the 5 bar gate field entrance. The pallets are spread over a distance of about 10 metres.
