Untaxed abandoned for months

This vehicle was abandoned MONTHS AND MONTHS AGO and is blocking access to electricity sub station. RESIDENTS HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE POLICE AND TO BUCKS COUNCIL AND TO COUNCILLORS several times and still no action has been taken to remove this illegal vehicle. THIS VEHICLE IS ON A PUBLIC ROAD UNTAXED AND HAS BEEN ABANDONED FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AND MONTHS- ACTION IS REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY!
