Obstruction on public road – cones blocking parking and traffic flow near the school (Rotten Row 21 and next house)

I would like to report that there are four traffic cones placed in front of a private house on a public street near the school. These cones have been there since last Wednesday at around 11:51 a.m. (so almost a week).

They are preventing cars from parking in permitted areas and also blocking the passage of vehicles in both directions. This is a two-way street where cars park on one side, so the remaining space is already limited. With the cones in place, it becomes extremely difficult for vehicles to pass safely when another car is coming from the opposite direction.

Because this is a school area, it’s important that the space remains clear — both for safe parking and for allowing cars to manoeuvre safely during drop-off and pick-up times.

I kindly ask that this obstruction be checked and that the cones be removed as soon as possible.
