Stationary car for over year

The car has been parked outside my house for over a year, it is a nuisance as it means I can only reverse into my driveway one way and guests miss out of a parking spot. It’s been here for over a year and hasn’t moved even once! needs to be moved as appears to be abandoned. It does have insurance and tax however.
