Rear access blocked

There is a car garage near by Luigi car wash. They always leave untaxed, uninsured and mot expired cars around. They are on public road, and often blocking access for others. Currently we got one blocking our whole back gate access. We have requested them not to block this access on several occasions but it is falling into deaf ears. The whole neighbourhood is frustrated by this inconsiderate behaviour. Can someone please look into this and get back to me.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
