Why do lights pop up and no ones working. Nothing here, wo work, no holes, just lights that pop like weeds growing in random places. and then they go. May be more like triffids they walk off to find another victim. Who allows them randomly to be placed to block traffic for no reason

    The team will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 10 working days
