Black bag of rubbish with food remains in it dumped a week ago. Today a roll of carpet has been dumped on top of the bag. Rats have ripped back open. Dead rat on pavement. It’s near St Paul’s School so is a hazard.

Rubbish is just over the bridge at Stratford Drive, just over the low wall before you reach Orchard Drive on right hand side going towards St Paul’s School. Black bin bag has been there for a week.
