Erecting two Neighbourhood watch signs

I am a Neighbourhood Watch coordinator and I am wanting to erect two Neighbourhood watch signs on lamposts with in the vacinity of FernieFields and Ash road, The first neighbour hood watch sign to be installed on the lamplost outside 23A Ferniefiels and opposite 28 (My address), The second is to be erected in Ash road on the lampost to the right hand side of no4 Ash road just down for the ferniefields/Ash road communial garages on the left hand side. I spoke to Geoff Pegg and he told me to apply on line.
