This is my 5th or 6th time in reporting the resident of no. 2 Eastfield Road who seems to think it acceptable to dump rubbish outside her property. I am not sure whether she has been fined or not but she should be. What is the point of the majority of residents within the estate taking care of their property if the entrance to the estate is like a rubbish dump?
