Grass in the park is fairly long will it be cut again

2 concerns firstly will the grass be cut again in 2025 as it is becoming quite dense and presume will not be on the schedule again till Spring 2026. Is there another cut this year? Second yje crossover near the large pond and in the 2023 image gets very difficult to negotiste when there has been a lot of rain in winter. Could some chippings or material taken off the road when resurfacing be put there please to make the access to the crossover into the National Trust zone safer and better. Thanks
