Footpath completely blocked

During the day or night, people parking their vehicles on this path blocking it totally, blocking the street cross too, rubbish bins on the path. All this even if their parking spaces are free. No pushchairs can pass, blocked view if you’d like to cross the road

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
