Dumped, unregistered and untaxed black Dodge

This vehicles has now been dumped for four months- it has no registration plates, no tax and no MOT, no headlights, damaged bodywork and is now preventing the hedges from being cut back, causing and obstruction on the street.

The council keep closing the case, but the vehicle is not street legal, has been dumped for over four months and doesn't even have any registration plates. STOP IGNORING IT AND GET IT MOVED BEFORE WE DO IT FOR YOU AND DUMP IT ONTO COUNCIL PROPERTY AND SUE THE COUNCIL FOR COSTS.
