I can’t get my car off the driveway. I live with a vulnerable 87 year old who has just come out of hospital I have tried to contact your emergency line but as it’s past 5 pm it is closed. I have contacted the police and they have passed me back to you. I am at a lose as to how to proceed

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
