Parking on double yellows and footpath

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8163961.

Car RF24EHO is parking on the footpath outside 115 Gordon Road. This is on double yellow lines too. Usually in the early mornings and late nights. There are legal parking spaces further up Gordon Road they could use. Very selfish and dangerous behaviour, as footpath cannot be used. Please send traffic wardens or contact owners directly.
