Over grown Hedge and rotten fruit on path

This problem has been reported several times and still it persists. The hedge of No. 40 Downs Park has grow over half of the path. The fruit from the crab apple tree has fallen over the path causing a slippery mess. To add too the problem there are nearly always cars parked half on the pavement making the problem even worse. This really needs fixing as it is impossible for any one with a wheel chair or push chair to get passed without walking in the road.

  • Still nothing done about this overgrown hedge and general mess from fallen crab apples. Cars still being parked on the kerb causing restricted pathway.
