The same selfish culprit keeps parking on the double yellow lines next to the wall. Everyone has to walk in the road, including the cats. This keeps being reported but he continues to do so. This is so infuriatingly selfish. Lorries also struggle to get through. This shouldn't be happening

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
