The vehicle is halfway across the footpath and half in the road, across a No Parking sign painted on the road, making it very hard to turn into or out of our driveways. It is there all day every working day. Some days it is fully in the road, making access harder, some days fully on the pavement, blocking it

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
