Vehicle partially blocking driveway and was parked during restricted hours

This vehicle has been parked outside our house since 11pm last night. It is allegedly broken down and the driver is supposed to sorting out recovery. 14 hours later, it is still here. It was parked here during the restricted times between 10am and 11am on a weekday. It's from the taxi company "Cabs 4 u" who arent taking the matter seriously.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
