Appaling level of fly tippping must be a health hazzard

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8080350.

The level of fly tipping at nedar Denham Roundabout on A412 is at an appaling level. Why is this not addressed? Why don't the council move the cameras to where they can see behind the Lorry trailers and put some simple signs up. More the point, why don't they keep the area clear? Leaving rubbish piled like this merely attarcts even more fly tipping. I feel sure that if that was my land, I'd be prosecuted for not clearing it up!
