I am writing to formally report two abandoned vehicles in High Wycombe which have been left parked on a public road for more than two months. Both vehicles have no valid road tax or insurance, posing a serious safety risk to the community.

Details of the vehicles: - Mini Cooper – Registration: EO53 LUZ - VW Polo – Registration: AF57 XTP

Both cars have already been reported to the DVLA and the police, but they still remain abandoned in the same location. As they are untaxed and uninsured, they represent a danger to road users and residents.

In accordance with UK legislation (Ref: Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978), vehicles abandoned on public land without valid tax or insurance can and should be removed by the local authority.

I therefore request that these vehicles be inspected and removed from the public highway at the earliest possible opportunity.
