Bend where Sub Station surveys have been taking place

Sent to East Claydon Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8067427.

The survey team have left a pile of old cones and rubbish on the side of the road and departed. So much for litter ! ALSO - on the raod from there towards Winslow there are "FLOOD " signs and "FROST " signs left for at least the last 6 to 8 months. Do you have a system of recovery after such weather events ?
