Few months ago a large tree was cut, after that works started on the public grass area by n.3, The Avenue. The area was fenced off by what looks like private citizens. A car started to appear parked on the now fenced area, in the corner far from the road. A gate has been installed and there is a house number 3 on the gate's post. As this areas has always been public and I did not see any notice from the Wycombe council, I am wondering what is happening as it looks like n3 wanted to enlarge and square off their front garden incorporating a public area.
