Walkway filled with litter from drug users and alcoholics.

Rubbish covering the pathway. A bloody tissue with potentially infectious drug users blood. Cans of alcohol cut apart and thrown around. Paper ripped up and rubbish everywhere. This probably links to the unsocial people that loiter in this pathway cooking drugs on their spoons and drinking loads of alcohol. Horrible! If bushes were cut back or police had a sign saying they do regular checks then hopefully this behaviour will stop.
