The overgrown hedge - pedestrian’s unable to pass by

The hedge is becoming so overgrown on the footpath that pedestrians are unable to pass by. When the heavy goods vehicle pass by we are so near the kerb that pedestrians are getting vacuumed into the road. If a young child is passing they are definitely going to be a road traffic accident.
