Car park charge confusion

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8005240.

Is it true that you can park for one hour from Monday to Saturday for 50p, but on Sunday, even if you only want to do a quick 20 minute shop, you have to pay for a whole day at £1.70? Does not seem right. Kindly clarify. Thanks
