Static caravans have increased in number

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7992540.
The site has been developed extensively with c10 static vans on it, with installment of automatic gates and a sign saying private property. As a consequence of the development, the vehicle traffic along riding lane has increased dramatically relative to prior the development - typically ar least 2 cars try to pas me when I’m walking my dogs along riding lane, with very little space for me to get past - and often at high speed. I have had the same feedback from other dog walkers who are frustrated by the volume of traffic.
I have checked the council planning site and can only see a very old application - no recent applications commensurate with the expansion of the site. I have no idea of ownership of the site and whether it is privately owned as declared on the gate, but if it is, surely there should have been an application to build such a site on land which sits within green belt and AONB, for which I would have expected the application to be rejected. The rest of the tax paying public has to honour the system, so I would have expected the same here. I have also noticed European car number plates driving along the road, so without wishing to sound xenophobic, I am somewhat curious if the site provides ‘privacy’ to individuals who may no longer have a right to live and work in the UK post-brexit.
I also note that on one occasion a couple of months ago, i saw three men in an estate car wearing high vis jackets turn up at the gate. I assumed they were perhaps from the council coming to investigate the site. I noted that they tried calling at the automatic gate marked ‘private’ but surprisingly got no response. They proceeded to turn the car round and drive off after a very short amount of time, certainly not commensurate with enforcement of any actions.
