Loosley Row, Foundry Lane, between Herriotts and Beggars Roost

Reported via iOS in the Unauthorised signs category anonymously at 09:37, Mon 4 August 2025

Sent to Lacey Green Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7974851.

Since approximately January 2025 these road signs have been left on land belonging to Buckinghamshire Council, next to the road between Herriotts and Beggars Roost. They were used when gas utility company SGN dug the road to repair a gas leak. The traffic management contractor was ChevronTM, as can be seen in the photos. These abandoned signs were one of 3 “stacks of used signs” previously reported by someone on 27 March 2025 [ref 7348990].

I previously reported these road signs [ref: 7814854]. The photo in today’s report is a screenshot of that report.

Yesterday FixMyStreet emailed me a “Questionnaire about your FixMyStreet report”. I completed & submitted it; No, the problem has not been fixed yet”. By my reckoning these signs have been left here for approximately 6 months, having first been reported by someone on 27 February 2025 [ref 7200522].
