Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7968403.

OW16 WKD in Lester Grove Hazlemere, opposite Grange View. Has been left abandoned FOR OVER 1 YEAR NOW!! Parked on the path, opposite a junction. Flat tyres, sun roof open,debris inside.
