BMW 218i White (No tax or MOT parked on public road)

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7963111.

LB67 HWY MOT EXPIRED: 14/2/25 TAX EXPIRED: 30/6/24!!!!!

Another untaxed vehicle with no MOT parked on Post Office Lane in breach of Highway Code.

Another vehicle belonging to garage which uses Post Office Lane (residential road) as a dumping ground for their unroadworthy vehicles (according to Highway Code).

These vehicles should not be parked on the road for any reason and the reason provided by the Council on previous reports - "awaiting work" is no excuse for lack of enforcement.

Immediate action needs to be taken to rectify this unacceptable situation and ensure it is not repeated.

The Council / Authorities need to take action to protect residents from businesses that think they do not need to abide by the law (ie. Highway Code).

  • An officer will investigate the vehicle and if on inspection it is considered to be abandoned, a notice will be issued.
