Another vehicle WITHOUT Tax or MOT abandoned on Post Office Lane aka overflow parking, dumping ground for local garage.
Surely the council are aware this vehicle and the others are in breach of the Highway Code and should not be on a public road / highway without Tax or MOT.
The lack of enforcement and the lack of consideration for Residents and Highway Code is causing extreme inconvenience, stress and concern for residents.
Vehicles "awaiting work" should not be on a public road if they are not deemed as roadworthy (ie. no tax or MOT). Surely this business should only take on vehicles according to the size of their workshop / property and not show total disregard to the law and residents by taking up the whole of a residential road with their vehicles (majority with tax and/or MOT).
Enforcement action needs to be taken by the Council to ensure necessary action is taken and this business is made to cease to operate in this nuisance manner.
