The occupier of number 2 Eastfield Road Princes Risborough constantly puts rubbish next to her bins which are outside her garden on the grass verge all the time. Her bins should be inside her property This is creating a constant eyesore and we are fed up with it.This is the third time of complaining about this and something has to be done to stop this. If we all lived like this the place would look like a third world country
