Paid using Ringo still got a PCN

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7943800.

Paid using Ringo and have a receipt. Returned to the car to find a PCN attached. Recently the car park reference changed from 9021 to 5251021. Perhaps the parking attendants have not updated their devices as lots of people appeared to have the same issue this morning.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team, an officer will carry out an inspection and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
