Very spikey hedge overgrown

Sent to Wooburn and Bourne End Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7939599.

The hedge on Wooburn Mead is very spikey and overgrown. You cannot walk down the path meaning walking in the road. It needs to be cut right back ASAP.

  • The hedges have become much worse. It is a very spiky hedge which has now completely blocked the pathway. Overhanging thorny growth also making it difficult to park as you can get out of the car without being scratched.

    The problem is now much worse. The bushes have grown very quickly in this good weather.

  • After many reports of this hedge problem I emailed our local councillor. He kindly asked the parish council to add it to their job list for that week and the job was done. It is Wycombe Council land and should have been done by them. We are very grateful for the Parish councils intervention.
