Parking in an area designated no stopping

Reported via desktop in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 15:44, Sat 26 July 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7936359.

Hale Lane in this area has been designated no stopping but drivers are continuing to ignore the signs and use it for parking to go for walks. This happens everyday and the drivers ignore the signage - or in some cases, deliberately push the signs over. Please please up the traffic warden patrols and vary the days that you are in the area. Without fines, the drivers will continue to ignore the signs wthout fear of consequences. The photos were taken on Tuesday and Saturday of this week

Updates

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
