3 vehicles on pavement blocking the footpath on the corner of a junction. This also blocks view when entering and exiting the road. The cars drive up the kerb and have no dropped kerb. Note they have also recently put a fence across the garage and parking they use to have at the rear.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
