I have no input on the accuracy of the January 2025 user report either way but simply note that the resident of 18 has sold and moved from the property in March 2025. Please remove the outdated complaint on Fix my Street from January 2025:

The aggressive resident with 4x4 vehicle abandons his car to purposely block in members of the public who park in the bays at the end of Pondwicks. He is incredibly Aggressive towards mothers who are there only for 5 mins to collect children from the local school. He says he owns the land and the parking bays and leaves his vehicle purposely blocking in any other cars. It’s heading for a major confrontation if he is not addressed. He lives in the house down the footpath behind the car parking bays, likely no.18"
