Silver car parking on left side of road right as you turn into road meaning you have to enter road on wrong side

The car is parking on the left side of the road right at the entrance into lodge close. Its making it very dangerous to enter or exit as you have to enter on the wrong side of the road. The road bends so visibility of a car entering on the wrong side will be low. Strong risk of this causing a collision.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
