Car parking in front of my driveway

I am writing to formally report that at least once a week, vehicles belonging to an estate agent have been parking directly in front of my driveway, blocking me from getting in or out of my property and causing me to be late for work on multiple occasions. I have previously left polite notes on their vehicles asking them not to park there, but these requests have been ignored, and the issue continues, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my daily life. This repeated obstruction shows no regard for access rights or local parking rules, and I am requesting that the council monitor this location, take appropriate enforcement action when the driveway is blocked, and advise me on what further steps I can take if this persists
