Entrance to Winslow train station and approach road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7881919.
Outside the gated entrance to the site is a zebra crossing and zig zag lines across the junction. Every week day, cars block this entrance, often parking on the crossing itself which forces many children to walk on the road, into the path of oncoming vehicles. What is worrying is that this is happening whilst the train station is not even operational but, that aside, the site is and so is the zebra crossing for the children leaving the school. I have tried placing traffic cones to preserve the crossing itself and maintain the safety of children and other users but, with cars still parking right in front of them (and in some cases reversing over the cones), the children can't see if the crossing is safe to use. Regardless of the fact the station isn't yet operational, I feel that the zebra crossing IS and should be correctly protected by the law, especially at the entrance to a school.
