The hedge has overgrown, and is now scratching cars, and make entry / exit to some of the drives difficult due to overhanging branches. Also the weeds are now growing out of the side into the road and cause a drainage issue when there is heavy rainfall. Hedge needs to be cut back, and weeds cleared to allow water run to drainage properly.
