Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7865063.

This car has been abandoned on the corner of our road for a few weeks now, it has had no MOT or tax since march so must have driven here without either. Its a busy road with limited parking and it is causing issues for the businesses in the area.
