Hedge too far across footpath. Particularly at the corner where if two pedestrians meet at this blind. Corner one has to step into the road

This. Has been reported several times but nothing changes.. . It needs to be cut back to the same distance ass behind the BY box. I think this hedge is associated with No 2 New road
