The owner of a black Honda CRV (reg: LB23 YZJ) parks on the pavement in front of our house, blocking the pavement, on double yellow lines, often blocking our driveway, every single day.

This causes access problems when we drive to work, prevents bin collection and forces pedestrians, inc. parents with prams, to walk in the middle of the road in order to get past his vehicle.

Despite asking the individual to move his vehicle, we are met with flippant remarks about how “it’s not a big deal”.

Council support would be greatly appreciated in order to prevent this recurring problem.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
