Throwing the trash on pedestrian

Hi Good evening I was crossing multi storey car park on 10.07.25 around 17.30 to travel in train for my night shift. The teenagers were throwing fizzy drink cans from top floor to hit me by targeting my head. I shouted at them as they were hiding to check on me. I went to complaints to police station and I came to know that the station is not open to public. I think you should stop using the car park.
