Every single day parks the entire way off on the pavement. Impossible for walkers to pass except on the road. Can’t get out of our drive most days. Bins don’t get collected because they park in front of the bins. Been doing this for around 2 months now every week day in the mornings. Outside 131 Gordon Road between the hours of 00:00-08:30.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
