Paradigm tenant, Council benefit claimant, Victoria Horwood and partner Kris Bryant living at number 64 Park Place, HP6 6NG, are letting their children to take the dog out every morning but not collecting faeces, as such the entrance to the block is not complying with Health and Safety Standards.
