Long grass

Good morning
We have reported issue with long grass and children not able to play last week. On Friday the man came to cut the grass all over Rosemary Close but not in front number 10 9 8 7 6. Cl We and our neighbours have a little children can't play in front of the house as its now hazzard of bug infection from the long grass. Please advise. Many thanks
